Helium Tracker

Frequently asked questions

Everything about tracking your Helium fleet with Helium Tracker — pricing, data sources, supported hotspots, exports, and security. Still stuck? Email contact@heliumtracker.xyz.

What is Helium Tracker?

Helium Tracker is a web-based dashboard that consolidates the earnings of every Helium hotspot you operate into one place. It refreshes each hotspot's reward data daily, rolls totals up per deployer and across your whole fleet, converts earnings to USD, and lets you export everything to CSV. It is built by Andrena, Inc. and is an independent product, not affiliated with the Helium Foundation.

How much does Helium Tracker cost? Is there a free plan?

Helium Tracker has a free plan that tracks up to 5 hotspots with 30 days of reward history, with no credit card required. Paid plans are Starter at $9.99/month (25 hotspots, 90 days of history), Pro at $29.99/month (100 hotspots, 1 year of history), and Operator at $99/month (250 hotspots plus a host portal). Enterprise pricing is custom for unlimited hotspots. Billing is handled by Stripe and you can cancel anytime.

How many Helium hotspots can I track?

The number of hotspots you can track depends on your plan: Free covers up to 5, Starter up to 25, Pro up to 100, and Operator up to 250. Enterprise supports unlimited hotspots. Every plan includes daily snapshots, per-deployer rollups, and CSV export.

How often is hotspot earnings data updated?

Helium Tracker refreshes every tracked hotspot once per day with a single scheduled snapshot at 12:00 UTC. The dashboard then loads instantly from that cached snapshot, so there are no per-request API calls or rate limits for you to manage.

Where does Helium Tracker get its earnings and pricing data?

Helium Tracker aggregates publicly available hotspot reward and performance data from the Helium Foundation's APIs (including its public reward oracle), and converts token earnings to USD using HNT pricing from CoinGecko. The data is provided for informational purposes only and is not financial advice.

Can I track Helium Mobile hotspots?

Yes. Helium Tracker tracks the hotspots you operate on the Helium network, including Helium Mobile hotspots, and consolidates their daily earnings into a single fleet view with USD totals.

Can I export my Helium earnings for taxes or accounting?

Yes. Every plan includes CSV export. You can filter by deployer, date range, and metric, and the export includes daily breakdown columns that drop straight into a spreadsheet or BI tool. Paid plans retain more history — 90 days on Starter and a full year on Pro, Operator, and Enterprise — which is useful for trend analysis and tax reporting.

What is a deployer, and how do per-deployer rollups work?

A deployer is the account that deployed a group of hotspots. Helium Tracker automatically groups your hotspots by deployer — as well as by owner or region — and rolls their earnings up into subtotals, so you can see how each deployment is performing without sorting spreadsheets by hand.

Can I manage hotspots I host for other people and pay out hosts?

Yes, on the Operator plan. Operator adds a host portal where each property owner signs in with a magic link and sees only their hotspots on a co-branded page. You can set custom revenue splits per hotspot, track referrers with a lifetime percentage, generate CSV or PDF host statements, and settle balances on a monthly, quarterly, or annual cadence.

How do I sign in, and is my account secure?

Helium Tracker uses passwordless sign-in via an email magic link, with optional time-based one-time password (TOTP) two-factor authentication. Data is encrypted in transit with TLS, sensitive data is encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and session tokens are hashed and stored in HTTP-only secure cookies.

Is Helium Tracker affiliated with the Helium Foundation?

No. Helium Tracker is an independent product built by Andrena, Inc. It aggregates publicly available Helium network data but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the Helium Foundation.

How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel anytime from the account billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and partial periods are not refunded. You can also delete your account entirely from the account settings page.
