History depth is set by your plan. Free retains 30 days, which is fine for spot checks; Pro and above keep a full year, which is what you want when you need to export an entire tax year at once.

If you operate a fleet, export the whole thing in one pass rather than per hotspot. Grouping by deployer in the export also makes it straightforward to attribute earnings correctly when multiple deployments or hosts are involved.
